Choice Footprints is a recognition and reward program that gives employees the opportunity to nominate their fellow peers whose efforts leave lasting footprints in our company’s growth and prosperity. Employees are nominated on a variety of characteristics and behaviors that coincide with Choice Financial’s Core Values and Team Guidelines. The recipients of the Choice Footprints award are chosen by a committee and receive special recognition.
