$0-$999 = $25 annual fee
$1,000-1,499 = $15 annual fee
$1,500+ = $0 annual fee

*If account is closed within 12 months of opening, a $25 fee will be incurred. The annual fee is based on the year-end ledger   balance of December 31 of every year, and is charged on January 1 of the following year.
